Contest Details

WHAT: 

Create your own Rap about the harmful effects of Menthol. Contest is over, however, information about tobacco companies targeting minorities using Menthol should not be silenced. Spread the word by creating your own words in a rap song! Best entry will be on the radio!
FACTS:

More than 18.9 million people currently vape/smoke menthol cigarettes. Flavors, including menthol, are one of the main reasons kids start using tobacco products.* Also, Tobacco Companies target minority communities using  the more addictive menthol flavor.

How to Submit Your Entry

Only submit your entry if you are:

  • From Montgomery County, Maryland
  • Between the ages of 13-18
  • Your work does not include any profanity, and has no explicit lyrics
  • Your entry is 3 minutes or less
