Why People Believe in Us!

Thank you for the wonderful assembly today at Montomgery! The kids and staff loved it! Such a powerful message shared with students in a fun and meaningful way. Can't wait to have you back next year!!!

- March 2024, Ms. Covelens, North Penn-Montgomery Elementary School, PA

The presentation [Anti-Vaping] was a perfect balance of engagement and essential/factual information about the dangers of smoking. I've never seen our students so engaged in an assembly. [Your] activities provided an opportunity for our students to engage with your team, build community with each other, and shine in front of their peers. The exercise with the straw was very impactful. All our students continued to speak about the assembly and sang your tunes throughout the day...

Our Staff also enjoyed yesterday's event! Here are some comments:

- It was great! My advisory kids just asked me to play "escape the vape" for them! - Allix Kidd

- Some of my kids were so excited afterwards they posted on social media... It was fun and super positive. - Julie Sanders

- I had SO many students tell me how much FUN they had at the assembly . . . wonderful experience for all of us. Not only did it build community, but also I'm still hearing students singing some of the hooks (Vape free, *cough, cough* I can't breathe) so I believe the message resonated. – Darla Hunt

- I enjoyed the event. We should have more events like this. - Darakshinda

- It was such a joy to see the kids interact with the program today! - Courtney St. John

- Loved the event as well! It was outstanding! - Ms. Umitli

- Rap for Prevention was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Outstanding! - Camila Souza-Pu

 - January 2024, Ms. Rosanova, Gaithersburg MS, MD

We had such rave reviews from your assemblies yesterday that we would love to have you come back out again. How's April? Looking forward to having you come back to Sharswood!!

- January 2024, Nicole and Lisa, Sharswood School

"I highly recommend this assembly for school districts of all grade levels. This program has proven to be highly effective and interactive in educating and engaging young individuals in the fight against vaping and tobacco use. One of the most remarkable aspects of the program is its innovative approach to prevention. By incorporating rap and dance performances, the program effectively captures the attention of its audience and delivers crucial messages about the dangers of vaping and smoking in a manner that resonates with young people. The use of artistic expression not only makes the program engaging, but also fosters a sense of passion for leading a vape-free and smoke-free lifestyle.!!!"

- November 2023, Ms. Basile-Feoli, Delsea Reg High School District, NJ

"RAP is a Super Program. I want to take this time out to thank you and your group so very much for last Friday's RAP Program. It was by far the best assembly this school has ever had since I have been here. Your message, passion, and spirit were amazing. It was great to see the enthusiasm that the team had to get the students engaged. It was phenomenal. Keep up the good work! Thank you again!!!"

- June 2023, Paul Prelovsky, Union Terrace Elementary School, PA

I just want to thank you for setting up the assembly and the guys for coming to our school. The kids really enjoyed it and so did the teachers. They are still talking about it!!! I was thinking about scheduling another assembly for the beginning of the  school year and to also repeat this PSSA one for next year's students. Thank you, again.

- May 2023, P. Whitehead-Myers, Premier Arts and Science Charter

You inspired a lot of people to do better and to stop vaping and smoking. I really liked your rapping and you and your crews' personality. Thank you for this experience."
- Oct 2019, D. Dalbey, Student, BCIT Westhampton, NJ

"Mount Pleasant School students and staff were thrilled by the performance and inspirational message from the RAP team. The assemblies were different and appropriate for our K-2 and 3-5 assemblies. I would highly recommend this group. Our students are still talking about it!"
- May 2019, Arlene Jenkins, Mount Pleasant School, NJ
"The assemblies were EXCELLENT, to say the least! Staff and students agreed that this was one of the best assemblies we’ve had. The students and teachers were both engaged.  Students asked when you were coming back! Excited about your next assembly here in April!"
- March 2019, Ms. Silva, Quarter Mile Lane Elementary, NJ

"Today's performance about bullying prevention, team work and respect was a success. You were able to captivate the children by using terminology and music that was relatable to them. It was high energy and full of inspiring words. The ENTIRE audience (teachers included) were engaged, learning and having a great time. The dance team's performance used all the latest dance moves that the kids know, making it a gateway to get important messages through to the younger children, who can easily lose focus and attention."

"I would also like to thank Councilwoman Cherelle Parker for sponsoring this important program. It leaves a positive message that our students need to hear."

"Mr. Barr, your assembly program is one of my favorites and I thoroughly look forward to you and your team coming to our school. Our students' reactions afterward suggest they feel the same way!!! Job well done, again!!"
- Feb 2019, Nisha Lopez, John F. McCloskey Elementary

"The assembly was outstanding, exactly what we were looking for, the guys were spot on. You worked to engage our students throughout the 60-min performance. The Special Effects Dancers and your expertise was outstanding. We are thrilled, your professionalism exceeded our expectations. We will be reaching out for additional assemblies."
- Oct 2018, Diane Budd, Nazareth High School

"Best assembly our school has ever put together for us (West Deptford High School). I had so much fun and had amazing time coming up on stage. I’ve never wanted to be up on stage for an assembly. You guys are great and send an amazing message. Keep up what you’re doing!"
- Oct 2018, Emily Weber, West Deptford, High School, NJ

“I would like to tell you that today's assembly was one of the best we have ever had. The message was amazing and the students, it seemed to me, where really listening. Thank you for sharing personal thoughts, sometimes think that effects them the most. Your entertainment factor was also on point. The kids and teachers enjoyed themselves. The kids were talking about it most of the day.

However, I think my favorite aspect was having the kids compliment one another. That is a difficult thing for most people to do, but especially this age group. Thank you again!"
- Feb 2018, Mindy Heffron, Solomon Plains Junior High

"I thought your message was perfect and delivered in a way that our students could truly relate. It was enlightening. I was stunned to see you silence our students with your stories of the tragedies you have seen and experienced in your life. ...it was refreshing to know you touched them enough to make them all completely quiet. We really, really enjoyed your presentation and hope you return to our school again! The kids haven't stopped talking about it at all yet!"
- Feb 2018, Ms. Jenkins, Solomon Jr. High

“It was awesome. The kids could not stop talking about the assembly all day and kept asking if you guys would come back to our school again. I witnessed a couple of kids mimicking the "sup" [bullying] gesture you taught them, which was pretty neat to see. Numerous teachers let me know that RAP did an amazing job and not only did you have a great message to share with our students, but it was also very relatable to them. Even the principal told me this was the best assembly that she has seen." -Jan 2018, Mr. Muller, Julia Ward Howe Elementary

“Thanks for a WOW presentation! I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the awesome anti-bullying presentation. It truly captured the attention of everyone - it's almost a week later and our scholars are still talking about it! RAP was sensational. Teachers and scholars described your show as 'exceptional,' 'extraordinary,' 'energetic,' 'inspiring,' 'out of the box,' 'the best' and 'amazing!'

We would like to thank you for sending a strong and important message to our kids. We are so glad that there is a program such as yours, that spreads such an important message in a way that our kids enjoyed learning and will remember for years to come.”
- Jan 2018, Ms. Faine, Laura H. Carnell School

“It was the best assembly we had in a very long time. They [RAP team] were very informational and engaging, the
students were excited the entire time. They encouraged the students to work collaboratively to create nutritional meals and had close interactions with everyone. I would recommend this group to any establishment!"
- Feb 2017, Mr. Lawrence, Dunbar Promise Academy
